The Chief of Defence Staff(CDS) General Christopher Gwabin Musa paid a working visit to the DEPOWA Secretariat today 4 April 2024. He was received by the President DEPOWA Mrs Oghogho Musa and thereafter went on a tour of the DEPOWA Skill Acquisition Centre were trainees are taught on Catering Services, Fashion Designing,Hair Making/makeup and Gele Tying. Others are Production of house hold products, Information Communication Technology and Barbing. The CDS also inspected the DEPOWA Guest house that will soon be commissioned. In his remark, he appreciated the President DEPOWA for her leadership and urged all the staff of DEPOWA to remain committed to their duties.

The CDS was accompanied by the Chief of Defence Intelligence Maj Gen EAP Undiandeye and Principal Staff Officers from Defence Headquarters. Highlights of the event was a presentation by the President DEPOWA to the CDS and group photographs.
