The President DEPOWA, Mrs Oghogho Gwabin Musa and her entourage were presented at the 35th Convocation Ceremony of the Nigerian Defence Academy in honour of the graduating cadets of 72 regular course and post graduating students on Thursday, 25 September 2025 at the Academy Auditorium, NDA Permanent Site, Afaka, Kaduna state.

Notably present at the event were the Special Guest of Honour, the Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima OFR, ably represented by Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the President. The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa OFR, the representatives of the Service Chiefs, the Commandant NDA, Major General AK Ibrahim, the former Minister of Defence, Major General Bashir Salihi Magadash (rtd), the President DEPOWA, the Coordinators of NDAOWA, NAFRCOWA, DSAOWA, members of DEPOWA amongst other.

Highlights of the event were the Conferment of Degrees, Presentation of Certificates, Presentation of Academic prices to the Cadets, Conferment of Honorary Doctorate Degrees to Major General Bashir Salihi Magadash (rtd) and Alhaji Tajudeen Aminu Dantata and group photographs.
