The Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla received the President Defence and Police Officers’ Wives Association(DEPOWA) Mrs Oghogho Gwabin Musa and her entourage at the Naval Headquarters on the 6 November 2023.

The President DEPOWA stated that the aim of the visit was to highlight the activities of DEPOWA and to solicit for the support of the CNS. Mrs Musa appreciated the CNS for the task of securing Nigerian waterways and other key areas. In his response, the CNS appreciated the President DEPOWA for the visit and stated that he is willing to assist the Association anytime to achieve its mandate.

Present at the event were the President Naval Officers’ Wives Association Mrs Ijeoma Ogalla, representatives of the President Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association, President Air Force Officers’ Wives Association, President Police Officers’ Wives Association and Coordinators of the various tri-service Institutions. Highpoints of the visit was the presentation of souvenirs and group photographs.
