 INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE RECEIVES PRESIDENT DEPOWA ON HER MAIDEN VISIT TO THE POLICE HEADQUARTERS

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kayode Egbetokun on the 26 September received the President Defence and Police Officers’ Wives Association (DEPOWA) Mrs Oghogho Gwabin Musa and her entourage at the Louis Edet House in Abuja. The President DEPOWA appreciated the IGP for the work he has been doing with other security agencies to secure lives and property in the country and she further prayed that insecurity challenges will be in the past soonest. The IGP appreciated the President DEPOWA and her entourage for the visit and stated that the Association can count on his support whenever the need arises.
Present at the event were the President Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association Mrs Mariya Lagbaja, President Police Officers’ Wives Association Mrs Elizabeth Egbetokun,Vice President of NOWA Mrs Zainab Akpan and the representative Nigerian Air Force Officers’ Wives Association. Coordinators of the various tri-service Institutions. Highpoints of the visit was the presentation of souvenirs and group photographs.
